Xplenty is looking to hire a Technical Support engineer, who will be a key
element within the Xplenty support infrastructure and is expected to provide
a high level of technical support to our customers over the phone and via
support tickets.
|
|

Demonstrates basic problem solving abilities and possesses effective
communication skills
Requires at least 2 years working in a computer technical field
English – mother tongue
Advantages:
Understanding of databases, data warehouse and/or business
intelligence methodologies and technologies
Familiarity with cloud-based software and infrastructure
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering related field or
equivalent work experience, preferred
Familiarity with Big Data/Hadoop technologies
