We are seeking dedicated and motivated employees interested in help desk/technical support. We currently have openings for part-time positions, including 3-5 evening/night shifts during the week and on the weekends. On-the-job training will be provided to suitable candidates.
Responsibilities:
• Front line support via email and telephones.
• Troubleshooting a variety of technical and non-technical issues customers are having with their PeriGen application.
• Providing technical support for level 1 and 2 escalation issues via helpdesk.
• Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
• Assisting in R&D routine activities such as regression testing from time to time as required.

Technical Requirements:
• Technical degree/diploma or equivalent technological experience – a must
• Fluent English at a high level – verbal and written – a must
• Experience working in Windows environments and with MS-Office applications – a must
• Technical support background/experience – an advantage
• Experience in a similar role working with US based end users – an advantage
• Experience in a high-tech/software products environment – an advantage
• Basic knowledge of SQL scripts and batch scripting – an advantage
Personal requirements:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language.
• Curiosity, patience and determination.
• Outstanding customer service skills and a dedication to the customer service experience.
• Ability to work without close supervision while ensuring that tasks are done effectively and consistently
• Ability to effectively work independently and as part of a team
