תיאור:
Responsible for Social Sears application monitoring and maintenance. The ultimate candidate will work with relevant QA and Application engineers to act for prevention and troubleshooting of issues discovered in Sears Israel applications. The candidate will work to communicate the observed issues among application and system engineers and escalate it accordingly to predefined process. Ultimate candidate will be trained to provide 1st and 2nd tier support in heterogeneous, complex environment. The candidate will participate in designing and implementing monitoring framework for Sears applications.
This position requires “24X7” availability based on shifts and may be suitable for students or as a full-time job.
 
דרישות:
Must have OS intermediate knowledge (Win/Unix)
Must have 1-2 years’ experience with different Investigation/troubleshooting tools (SSH, Telnet, ftp etc.)
Must have Intermediate knowledge in APP servers technologies (IIS/Apache Tomcat/JBOSS/WebLogic etc.)
Must have basic Networking skills (TCP/HTTP etc.)
Big advantage for the candidates with:
Basic DB skills (MS SQL Server/Oracle, MySQL is advantage)
Monitoring tools and protocols (i.e. Zenoss, Nagios)
Experience in Support/NOC technician position
General requirements:
• Open minded, highly motivated
• Strong analytic skills, wide system vision + troubleshooting
• Excellent communication skills (interpersonal and organization aspects)
• Independent
• Ready for extensive challenging work including off-office hours
