A highly regarded online marketing provider, is seeking for Affiliate manager .
Responsibilities:
Ongoing Affiliate contact via phone, email and chat functions
Seek out new Affiliates, manage existing Affiliates and reactivate lapsed affiliate accounts
Analyze performance and recommend/implement improvements to meet Affiliates’ online marketing objectives
Demonstrate business values and application of our analytics tools
Understand Affiliate wants and needs
Provide support to Affiliates, understand their needs and provide solutions in real time
Represent Affiliate needs inside our organization
Retain Affiliates through exceptional customer service
Analyze profitability of Affiliate campaigns

Minimum 6 months Affiliate Marketing experience – MUST!!
English at a High Level – MUST!!
German or French or Italian or Russian or Spanish -Big advantage
Experience from an online company gaming or forex field –Big advantage)Practical internet background
Experience working with large goals and meeting them
High level of initiative and able to work well in a team environment
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Highly motivated, energetic, goal oriented
Manage stressful situations and deadline pressures well
Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction
