An online marketing company is seeking for an office manager for full time position
Responsibilities:
• Manning the reception desk and coordinating office operations and procedures
• She/ He will be responsible for providing office management services (Office supplies orders, meeting schedule/calendar, travels abroad)
• Provide support for both professional and personal matters to the CEO and the executive management
• Manage the CEO's personal calendar and schedule appointments
• Company travel arrangements (flights, hotels, transportation etc)

• Bachelor‘s Degree- an advantage
• At least 1 years experience in administrative position
• Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office - word, excel, outlook, Power point)
• Fluent English (written and spoken)-must
• Excellent interpersonal skills, pleasant, service oriented personality ,multitasking, dynamic, highly motivated
