AU10TIX technical help desk provides technical support to the company customers around the clock.
We are seeking for Help desk representatives, that can work in 24/7 shifts, nights, weekends and Holidays.
Required skills
• High quality individuals with computer software experience
• Excellent English level (read &write)
• Previous experience in customer support
• Experience in QA - advance
